What is the customization process?
To start customizing plush toys, you first need to provide your design. Our professional customer service team will provide production advice and a price evaluation based on your design. After confirming the design, we will create a sample and send photos for your confirmation. If you are unsatisfied with sample details, you can enjoy two free modifications. Once confirmed, we will send the sample to you for free. After receiving and approving the sample, mass production can begin.
How is the price of custom products determined?
We will quote based on the design you provide, considering the difficulty, size, and quantity of your design to ensure a fair and reasonable price.
Is the sample fee refunded?
When the total mass production quantity of a design exceeds 1000, we will refund the sample fee.
How is delivery handled?
We support both Amazon warehouse stocking and door-to-door delivery options. Regardless of your region, we can deliver to meet your business needs.
