Spandex (Lycra)

Spandex fibers typically have a diameter of 20–40D and are commonly used in plush toys to enhance fabric softness and elasticity. The "Spandex Super-Soft" fabric is a staple in the industry; its core secret lies in using fine-denier polyester fibers with a high F-number (filament count) to create a full, dense, and velvety texture, achieving a "super-soft" tactile experience. Its stretchability makes toys more durable and comfortable, providing the final product with a uniquely soft and premium texture.

Nonwoven Fabric

Nonwoven fabric generally ranges from 0.2–0.5mm in thickness. It offers excellent breathability and structural stability. It is frequently used for the internal lining or stuffing enclosures of plush toys to increase support and help maintain the toy's shape. Lightweight and eco-friendly, nonwoven fabric is an ideal material for toy manufacturing.

Brushed Rabbit Fur

Brushed rabbit fur is a specialized fabric treated with a unique brushing process, typically featuring a pile length of 8–15mm. It consists of soft, delicate down with a surface covered in a uniform, dense, and three-dimensional pile. It appears incredibly fluffy and thick, offering a subtle, "matte/misty" visual effect. This material is perfect for various plush toys, throw pillows, apparel coats, bags, footwear, and more.
